Great service. Receptionist at Langley 64th and Fraser HW awesome. Very kind and not rude talk with patients who visit the Clinic. Most of the clinics where I visited at Langley and suburb receptionist or nursing staffs who working at the front desk are very rude and behave like witches. They should have learned how to behave or talking to every individual who visit the clinic are "Patients" not the slaves or thieves and according to the professions guidelines.

Waited 40 minutes and the doctor never showed up. No communication. May as well sit at a walkin clinic

Wife and I tried to book successive flu shots with our clinic, and although I got mine booked, while my Wife was adding she needed a fluid shot she lost the appointment. How does this app not reserve the appointment when you apparently have selected it. 5 attempts later, and she's now over an hour later necessitating separate trips.

Dr Did not show up for virtual appointment. Can not send a message in app. No one picks up phone call. I wish I could give this a lower star.

Cannot add dependents properly. I tried to add my daughter to my dependents list, and her clinic doesn't show up. Had to make a 1-year-old an email address and sign her up for her own account to register her. Otherwise, the concept is great. I like being able to book online and see time slots that best suit my needs.

Close to useless. Cannot find help or support. Cannot link my dependant to the same clinic as me. Interface usability is really bad.
