★★★★★ 1st time I used it.I ordered my repeat prescription.the service was brilliant. But.now I need to order an antibiotic for my chest.and there is not a message service to my doctor to send for a prescription.

★★★★★ Generally excellent but I booked a recent appointment which was marked F2F or telephone. There was no indication in the booked appointment whether I had booked a face to face or telephone appointment. The only clue is that I was not asked for a telephone number but nevertheless I think the resultant booked information should be more clear.

★★★★★ Convenient for repeat prescriptions and viewing health records. However, the medication reminders fail to deliver

★★☆☆☆ I try to log in, and it seems to do it, It goes through authentication, and then returns bavk to the beginning. I've updated the authenticator, but it still doesn't work

★★☆☆☆ Now impossible to sign in without an authenticator app or linking your NHS app login (which doesn't work). If you have to link the login, why bother with Patient Access? The only useful feature it has over NHS app is seeing when your next prescription is due. Plus it tries to flog you private healthcare as if this was the most normal course of action for everyone when you can't get a GP appointment. Patient In access more like.
