I don't like the app as there is no features in the video player to help go forward or back and no CC and no feature to full screen. Sometimes the videos doesn't work. No option of download

I have a Gp fourteen fish account, I have subscribed for the library but unfortunately not letting me log in, I have changed my password several times in the past couple days, and I'm not getting anywhere!

Is it possible to download to laptop/ tablets? Decent cpd but on phone it goes off when you try to multitask. Perhaps accessing it on other devices could be considered when updating it
