Dr Claudette Barrett & team is the absolutely best. Young Dr, but know her stuff, she's patient, kind, listen to you and most importantly she takes the time to explain your treatment & give her recommendation. In my case I had very painful arthritis every day for few years, with her recommendation of treatment I can truly say I'm so much happier today with at least 90% less pain, coming from 100+% pain all the time. Highly recommend both of my Doctors Dr Sophia Carter & Dr Claudette Barrett.

Why would an app be disabled when unrelated dev settings are active on a phone? This is a high-strung control freak of a developer, these settings have no access to Pine App and are ridiculous to block. Even when you get into the app, it's useless, for every single thing you need to call them as nothing on the app works. Terrible piece of software for a terrible hospital.

Tells me it can't run with debug mode is running. Checked, debug mode not running. Uninstaller pineapple, rebooted and installed the app again. Same error.

Absolute garbage! Baptist went cheap with this app. The interface is painfully slow and half the time you get "we encountered an unexpected error; please try another page". When you call their tech support hotline, they claim there aren't any complaints. However, when you talk with other patients (and even employees) they all agree that the application is useless and frustrating.

Very cumbersome app, nothing works, face and touch log in available but does not work, it seems like an app that hasn't been updated in years. Multiple logins required to access within the same pt record. Very unusual design.
