Baptist urgent care in Kendall, I was in & out in one hour & a half. Had x-rays checking for fractures, none were visable. I was given prescription for medication to help with pain, swelling & inflammation for my arthritis immune disease flare up & my finger was wrapped in a splint. All done professionally & respectively!! Nurse & Dr pleasant polite & concerned on my pain, inflammation & swelling that has not gone down in a 2-week time frame. Feeling better next day, so thanks!!

Absolute garbage! Baptist went cheap with this app. The interface is painfully slow and half the time you get "we encountered an unexpected error; please try another page". When you call their tech support hotline, they claim there aren't any complaints. However, when you talk with other patients (and even employees) they all agree that the application is useless and frustrating.

Unable to view diagnostic images. It just sits asking to clock to go to Ambra Health app. Then the next screen just shows a link to the Google store for the app but has an error. So I get nowhere.

Why would an app be disabled when unrelated dev settings are active on a phone? This is a high-strung control freak of a developer, these settings have no access to Pine App and are ridiculous to block. Even when you get into the app, it's useless, for every single thing you need to call them as nothing on the app works. Terrible piece of software for a terrible hospital.
