App works only problem is that all the text on account menu is blanked out with only icon showing due to bug? Makes it hard to navigate without words, I can faintly see white text so maybe it's a color error? The white text blending in with white background? Please fix for 5 star

The app is far more frustrating than it needs to be. I unlocked it with my fingerprint, but when I went to my prescriptions I was still asked to register or sign in. After finding my password and logging in, I was then forced to set up SMS two-factor authentication before I could continue. The app also sends repeated reminder emails to order medication even though I'd only just received my prescription. These reminders can't be unsubscribed from because they're classed as "service emails",

Useless app. I can't even sign in to it on my phone as it doesn't seem to recognize the fingerprint I set up. So I have to log in with my PC but the website is not intuitive at all, and it's slow. Things still haven't improved since the switchover from Lloyds Pharmacy. Please improve it.
