This is a fantastic app, it's made medication ordering such a simple pleasure rather than gp phone lines and wasted trips to the chemist to be told your order is not in, you reminder when it's time to reorder which is one click done! It's sent out to your address by Royal Mail I've been using pharmacy now for quite some time now excellent service, it's a no-brainer 👍🏽

App generally good , but I have had issues with med list totally disappearing,,, then it comes back ,,,,,,,,the meds' reminder to order can be there one day and not there another so the app itself needs some work But im happy with the service of ordering online and getting the meds a few days later. Back button to close down the app not working 1 /05 update this app has issues, won't load my prescriptions, just a spinning circle, need an urgent work, review are very poor

Zero Stars for Customer Service. The app is ok the service is terrible. I ordered my prescription over 2 weeks ago and It's still waiting to be packed. Some of my meds are essential to me staying alive, so I spoke to an advisor last week who said there was no reason for the delay and would get it sent out straight away, that was 6 days ago and It's still waiting to be packed. I Would not recommend and am now looking for an alternative service.

I am finding it very hard to get on the app and order my medication, it's not as easy to get through the process.

The app won't load the prescriptions page even after reinstalling. I ended up reordering my prescription on the website, and it worked but the app just wouldn't. Also so much trying to get you to buy stuff when you're just trying to order your prescription. But, when it works it is a convenient way to get your medication
