App works only problem is that all the text on account menu is blanked out with only icon showing due to bug? Makes it hard to navigate without words, I can faintly see white text so maybe it's a color error? The white text blending in with white background? Please fix for 5 star

Overall, I found Pharmacy2U a really helpful service, but my Decadently prescription continually gets removed from my order for no obvious reason, and I'm absolutely sick of it now. I've had to switch back to a local pharmacy, as a result. If they were to get this fixed (ie I can receive all of my medication or at least contact them to ask why specific medications have been ordered, but simply do not arrive), it would be 5 stars, because they've otherwise been great. Very frustrating.

260826 update. Still as bad if not worse. Fortunately I can order through the NHS app and use this company to shop only. The app is an absolute shocker.................. END............... Who on earth approved this "amazing" update. Time for them to have a P45. This app used to be great, now its full of unnecessary "extras". I just want to order my regular meds. That is IF, I can log in. I can connect via biometrics, only to have to put my username and password each time

Simple enough if you have one prescription to manage, however it is unable to handle multiple prescriptions with different repeat frequencies or schedules and as a result I have to set external reminders to reorder manually. There is a visual bug when my device is set to the dark theme which results in the account menu and help screens rendering as white text on white background making them impossible to read.
