This is a fantastic app, it's made medication ordering such a simple pleasure rather than gp phone lines and wasted trips to the chemist to be told your order is not in, you reminder when it's time to reorder which is one click done! It's sent out to your address by Royal Mail I've been using pharmacy now for quite some time now excellent service, it's a no-brainer 👍🏽

Edit 30/6/26: the app is back to its great self, prescriptions load again, and I can do everything on 1 app again. 5/5 Used to be a brilliant app, but since the last update it has become unusable. I've been unable to order my prescription, so I've had to find another route. Really disappointing when I've been recommending this to people

Constantly crashes since the update, almost rendering it useless! Can't even check in on prescriptions as just get the whirligig of doom forever spinning!

Pharmacy app does NOT WORK ! All I get when I try to find out about a prescription order is a rotating line going round and round. I thought I'd try the online version on my pc, NO DIFFERENCE. How are people supposed to track an order or even get information when NOTHING WORKS ! Even the" chat" feature is a damned BOT that is useless. DO NOT use this company, they are utter rubbish. Stick to a local pharmacy even if it means you have to collect in person. From now on I'm doing just that.
