App generally good , but I have had issues with med list totally disappearing,,, then it comes back ,,,,,,,,the meds' reminder to order can be there one day and not there another so the app itself needs some work But im happy with the service of ordering online and getting the meds a few days later. Back button to close down the app not working 1 /05 update this app has issues, won't load my prescriptions, just a spinning circle, need an urgent work, review are very poor

This is a fantastic app, it's made medication ordering such a simple pleasure rather than gp phone lines and wasted trips to the chemist to be told your order is not in, you reminder when it's time to reorder which is one click done! It's sent out to your address by Royal Mail I've been using pharmacy now for quite some time now excellent service, it's a no-brainer 👍🏽

Used to be really helpful and easy to reorder my medication without having to go to a pharmacy. Now its stopped working when I go to my prescriptions page, it doesn't load anything. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and it's still doing it.
