Login details work everywhere except in the app. Same on two different devices (Samsung S25 & Pixel 7 Pro, both Android 16), same after clearing local storage and un/reinstalling, same after changing password. This is me sending you details of what I'm experiencing.

So far terrible! With them a couple of months? Can (NEVER) get into the app! Constantly told I've put in wrong password, I have it saved and screenshot! Made numerous calls. Waste of time, going to change to one that's more reliable very disappointed...

Ordered three times... and still no medication for mum who is Paralyzed after a stroke and left with no pain relief blood thinking agents which pits her at greater risk plus other medication for her condition. It's hard enough for me to navigate make accounts then log ins passkey etc., mum would never be able to access all these actions. in the meantime there is no way of checking an order placed ?

I want to like this app, but it makes ordering prescriptions a frustrating experience. It keeps signing me out, no biometric sign in, and it won't let me autofill the username and password, meaning I need to use less secure, more memorable passwords.
