Prescriptions are easy to order the app is very secure delivered very quickly and the fact that my medication is delivered is invaluable because I find walking and standing difficult plus I get out of breath fast, so it saves the trip to the chemist

Disappointed with the service, I run out of medication just because they didn't write my address properly. I was thinking this was better than pharmacy, but both are same careless.

Login details work everywhere except in the app. Same on two different devices (Samsung S25 & Pixel 7 Pro, both Android 16), same after clearing local storage and un/reinstalling, same after changing password. This is me sending you details of what I'm experiencing.

Not at all convenient Needed urgent prescription, took them 7 days to get it to me! Which by then is pointless! Used 111 got emergency prescription at high st pharmacy. These outfits are only useful if you're housebound or have mobility issues. Gone back to high st pharmacies

Items are delivered quickly, but the app is very frustrating. Despite having fingerprint biometrics set up, and my exemption reason for prescriptions, every time I log in, I have to set up both again, and that's after having to log into the NHS. I always add my N. I number too, hoping that will help, but the app never remembers any of these inputs. I may as well ditch the app, and use a web browser to log in from now on, as it's a waste of valuable space on my phone.

App is pretty much useless, I can log in fine on the website but when logging in to the app there's no details stored even after reinstalling etc. multiple times.
