Medvera gives me a useless tracking number to check on easy post. Easy post only has website for Medea to send orders. Medvera app doesn't tell me who is shipping order either then it sits on my front porch in the hot sun for 36 hours. Looks like it's going to happen again if I can't find the shipper, so I can track the order.

I was sent a message that my order shipped. Problem is the tracking number sends me back to your website with zero information. No tracking information.

I received a text that my order shipped. It has a link for tracking, but the link only brings me to the app store asking me to open or install the app. When I click open, there is no info available. The only options are Refill Prescription and Dose Reminder. Nothing about tracking. I see this has been an issue for a while, reading other reviews. I will email the account in your reply to other review. Hopefully, this issue can be fixed soon! If so, I will change my rating.
