Feb., 2020 update. The problem has been repaired. Thank you. Now 4 stars: 5, less 1 for repeat problems. Jan., 2020 update. Got a new phone, forgot this password, so asked for a reset. Clicked on the email hotlink to reset and was taken back to the signin screen. No reset. Tried it three times. No luck. Just goes back to the signin screen. No way offered to reset the password. My first complaint was about user unfriendly software. Well, here we go again. Now I can't use the app at all.

I used to love this app. 2 key presses after launch, and you refilled my prescription. Now it makes me enter as a guest, and it's lost my 7 saved prescriptions. I am not thrilled.
