Still so bad. Can't log in, "error loading login page" repeatedly. How can they still be soooo bad at basic stuff. Avoid.

Terrible app I have no idea why the base Optum and the specialty pharmacy app are separate. I also have major issues with the fact that I can't add copay cards in the specialty app when I can do it just fine in the regular app. I also can't add a bank account as a payment option. I am stuck waiting on vital meds because the app refuses to process my credit card, and I can't cancel my order now that it is in process. I am stuck dealing with the phone line, which completely invalidates the app

Rarely do I log in and attempt to navigate somewhere without being greeted with an error message. Cannot do anything functional within the app - billing for example. I can see I have a balance due, but have absolutely no clue what it's for and there's no accounting. Customer service team by phone can't seem to tell me either. Optum touts themselves as "best in industry", but I have yet to see or experience anything close.
