Cannot change my contact info, even though my main Walgreens account has everything correct. I cannot connect the account to see all medications, or have a authorized family account. All in all, not very helpful. Have to go through the main, and very annoying AI phone system to get anything really done. I have just been switched to Walgreens from CVS and have to say it has not been a pleasant experience and the app has been no better. Epic Fail.

Will never use this app or rx service or buy with Walgreens again. They sent a bill to a collection that I never received. Not an initial notification nor could I see in app, in website profile, and never received an email. Seriously cringe. Outdated and still ran by boomers or something. Walgreens canceled!
