I can't order refills with the app. How silly is that? Thus, app is only useful for tracking shipments and order status.

Cannot change my contact info, even though my main Walgreens account has everything correct. I cannot connect the account to see all medications, or have a authorized family account. All in all, not very helpful. Have to go through the main, and very annoying AI phone system to get anything really done. I have just been switched to Walgreens from CVS and have to say it has not been a pleasant experience and the app has been no better. Epic Fail.
