This app used to work to order prescriptions. Not anymore! I have uninstalled & reinstalled. Doesn't work. Don't even think you can reorder on their automated reorder system. It doesn't work either. You just have to hold to speak to someone in person. Come on Walgreens! Get it together!

I put an item in the cart. The main screen shows the cart with one item in it. But when I click on the cart, the screen says my cart is empty and displays a button for me to sign in. When I press it, nothing happens. I was already signed in.

Keeps giving me times and dates to pick up Rx's but when I go to pick them up (and usually stand there in line for at least 30 minutes) only to be told that it's too early to pick them up 😒

Dr. calls my medicine into Walgreens, I told them I wanted it delivered. I was told I could pay when driver delivered it by using my card. They never told me, I had to pay by app! I sat in the lobby of my apt from 9:00 AM until 5:30PM WAITING! FOR THE DRIVER! And I've got 5 witnesses! I called them at 5:00PM to see when the driver was coming? She tells me, they can't deliver it until I pay first. I told her I would pay when driver arrived and would pay by card. She told me No! I don't drive!

This app is horrible when trying to select photos to print from your phone. its lag is unbearable and when you finally select the pics to print it crashes and is unresponsive. Fix this Walgreens!
