I am probably the exception, but I like to pick up my scrips in person. For a while I had them mailed from Optum which seemed to be the insurance companies preferred way, but they were very difficult to talk to if you had a question, and it was hard to get past the AI, not to mention the person was somewhere outside the US. Walgreens is not very far, the employees are local people, understand and speak English and listen. Dah. . . What's not to like?

Walgreens has done a great job so far helping me get my medicine even though things (technical issues ; medicine being out) have been in many fluid situations that makes the job hard. They've been way better than CVS. Right now I need help, so having them do things smoothly helps me while im endeavoring through very difficult times. I appreciate that. Professionalism is required because you never know what people are going through. Medicine is nothing to mess around with. I'm greatful

After adding all my things to the cart I left the app, and it processed to empty the cart completely. Then I went back in, added all the stuff back, and then it told me that they would add the rest of the inventory. So instead of having one item I had 5 plus things of each item in the cart.

I just want prescriptions. App starts in shopping, and getting to the prescription section takes extra clicking, and dealing with pop-ups like this one.

Anytime I use this to refill my meds, they are never ready. They said it sent me a reminder, but it didn't go through. I opened the app and requested a refill myself so that is total bull. Walgreens used to be the best, but now they suck!!!

The pharmacy part is absolutely ridiculous. I tried to refill a script it went through but kept saying in process. I went to get my medications I asked about that one specific one that I had only 1 left. The girl said App ain't right, can't be filled until Tuesday! I said my refill is due now. It was filled on the 23rd. The pharmacy pickup on the 27th so they go by the next day. Absolutely absurd. I was told this today after making 5 calls to my provider's office yesterday and once today.

THIS APP SUCKS I WANTED TO CLIP A COUPON AND I COULD NOT. DO BETTER WALGREENS. I was forced to download this app to use a coupon and every single time I tried to clip the coupon, it redirected me to "link my number to Walgreens" and the app would STOP WORKING. It would redirect me to the login page, BUT I WAS ALREADY LOGGED IN. I hate this app it sucks, do better Walgreens you guys have hella money. I refused to purchase my items from here until you've upgraded your bad app.
