THE most efficient app I've ever used! 🙌 At my son's graduation in Texas 🎓 I stayed longer than planned and ran out of medicine. No problem. Walgreens transferred my prescription to Texas, no calls between states like a certain other pharmacy requires. 🙄 Refill time came and lo and behold, a transfer button right in the app! I didn't have to talk to a soul. One press, boom, transferred. 💥 Easy as pie! 🥧 Kudos to Walgreens for thinking like a customer and using common sense. 👏🏽

I had the hardest time getting a prescription for my Oxycontin 20 mg find me filled. Pharmacist Alisha Rivera-Menedez told me it would be ready 8/30/26. I TOOK HER AT HER WORD. Returned to Walgreens 8/31/26 Pharmacist Nikki Broad said, I need an insurance information. I then asked about my Oxycontin, 10 mg, because I had a prescription on file, she told me that the pharmacist Alisha had my Rx in a file that she doesn't have access to. L was told to contact FBOP & Florida health care complaint.

It's very frustrating to receive 5 texts a day about prescriptions that have already been filled being told they have 0 refills left, or please sign up for auto refill (the system for which is terrible), or asking if im on my way to get them. I'm BUSY! STOP IT! But if you turn off texts you cant get notified about anything. It's either an overwhelming amount of texts or no information at all.

The pharmacy is constantly saying on the website that there are insurance issues. When there is not, then it somehow gets canceled without my consent or knowledge!!!
