Worthless. Doesn't list all my prescriptions and won't let me reorder the one prescription it does list. But, it's a great directory for the Accredo phone number where that sends you to a Byzantine computerized answering machine

What an absolutely useless app. To refill a prescription it takes you out of the app to your phone app to dial and refill your prescription. Unbelievable. Would be comical if it wasn't such a pathetic undeveloped app.

The level of incompetence is of the charts! You have to actually put effort into be as incompetent as they are. We are into the 3rd month of them being unable to send my medication. I despise that I have no other option other than to use them. Every time I call I get the 24–48 hours. They have had over 1,460 hours at this point and are still too dumb to send my medication. Avoid them at all costs of possible!
