Added all my meds and vitamins and the save button was not showing up. So I don't know if all my meds and vitamins are saved. I will not be doing this again because I have 20 meds and vitamins to add. So ask my doctor if you want them.

The level of incompetence is of the charts! You have to actually put effort into be as incompetent as they are. We are into the 3rd month of them being unable to send my medication. I despise that I have no other option other than to use them. Every time I call I get the 24–48 hours. They have had over 1,460 hours at this point and are still too dumb to send my medication. Avoid them at all costs of possible!

You missed 2 prescription refills in the last 60 days. The only help I received from both the pharmacy techs and pharmacists was "I hope you have a nice day.". No one on Accredo's staff could recognize that I am a new patient to Accredo, but an old patient to the cancer medicine I am on. Therefore, they restarted the prescription as though I was new. Not a lick of common sense in the entire organization.

What an absolutely useless app. To refill a prescription it takes you out of the app to your phone app to dial and refill your prescription. Unbelievable. Would be comical if it wasn't such a pathetic undeveloped app.

Since the update I can't even use the app anymore. It says my phone is no longer compatible. When I did have the app before it wasn't accurate with my prescriptions or billing information.
