Stupidity to insert a middleman for medication, absolute stupidity. Cant stand the process or delays or length of time it takes for delivery I never asked for. Talk to my Dr, then have to talk to 50 people at accredo who act like they get paid more if you talk to a pharmacist. I wish the military had never done this.

This is the worst pharmacy in the world. The customer service reps are untrained other than just apologizing for the inconvenience repeatedly. They put me on hold to check with the distribution center to find out why my prescription hadn't shipped. When they came back on the line I learned they have no way to contact anyone other than email. I could list other issues, but I don't have enough time to go on. If you have a choice, choose any other pharmacy in the world.

What an absolutely useless app. To refill a prescription it takes you out of the app to your phone app to dial and refill your prescription. Unbelievable. Would be comical if it wasn't such a pathetic undeveloped app.

I've dealt with accredo for the past 4 years or so and it's been an issue getting my scripts from the start. They say they don't have prior authorization even after the Dr sends it repeatedly and confirms receipt. They try to put scripts through insurance that I didn't have for 3 years. They take you through the order process and tell you that you Will get it a certain day only for it to be cancelled the day it was meant to be received. That's the tip of the iceberg. Absolutely horrible service
