Made a deposit on Friday. The next Friday, still not available. Yet the cash was taken 5 days ago from the source acct. I submit a contribution to a Monday AM. Friday evening, it still does not show in my account, yet the funds cleared within 24hrs of the initial contribution date. Optum is playing games with my money. Previous: The funds clear from my checking acct . Funds do not show up in the HSA, somewhere in limbo, every single time. I called the support line and was told it takes time.

Issues: - When I add my HSA card to my GPay, it doesn't show as one of the available ones when I try to use GPay to pay for healthcare expenses at my provider's office or through their online portal - Trying to manually link a bank account results in an error stating that there is an error on the system's end - The ETAs to talk to an agent are very inaccurate - Biometric login and login remembrance don't work. Still have to 2FA every time - Message Center page is blank with nothing on it
