Optum HSA is excellent. Great resource to help manage medical expenses, as well as manage investments to earn $ for the future. Reasonable fees.

Issues: - When I add my HSA card to my GPay, it doesn't show as one of the available ones when I try to use GPay to pay for healthcare expenses at my provider's office or through their online portal - Trying to manually link a bank account results in an error stating that there is an error on the system's end - The ETAs to talk to an agent are very inaccurate - Biometric login and login remembrance don't work. Still have to 2FA every time - Message Center page is blank with nothing on it

DO NOT USE OPIUM BANK! I called every month for a year to have them fix my incorrect tax forms. They claim it will take 2 weeks. I call later and it's still not done. They claim to have sent to a manager and still nothing happens. I've started reaching out from January 2025 and to this day my tax forms, sent in October because I had to post an extension, were incorrect. This is the most incompetently run customer service I have ever dealt with. If you have an issue, you're stuck with it.
