Total garbage app. Biologic login never works. I have to reset my password constantly and get told "can't use old password". Has a checkbox for remember my username, does it? Absolutely not. Remember my device? Absolutely not. Then, when you do get logged in, 502 error, 404 error. Like seriously? Is your IT team basket of potatoes or do you just not give them the resources they need because you're greedy? 0/10 recommend anything with Optum, only use it because I am forced to.

The application will not open because it says I am required to install an update. It then links me to Google Play, and there is no update available. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Great for checking your balance, terrible at remembering your login info. Why let me use biometrics and then take me to a login page? And I know I've selected the "remember me" button. I don't remember which username and password I use on all platforms, so every time I want to use this app I need to look up that info...again! Just leave me signed in! Edit: deducting another star because it continues to log me out. Please fix this, it's just dumb and annoying.
