Love this service, from ordering the prescription to have the medication delivered by Royal Mail. It has saved me time and stress from picking it up at the local pharmacy. Would highly recommend

Prescription ordering is fine, but the app doesn't send you a reminder/notification when it's time to order your prescription again even when set up. Pharmacy2U (who actually run the service) send you emails repeatedly before the date you've set anyway

With the current state of Royal Mail there's no way I'd ever consider getting my prescriptions delivered to me again, let alone through the Royal Mail Health brand. Deliveries go to the wrong property, parcels are left in wheelie bins, sorting offices are only open a very limited of hours even in a city. I've lost important prescriptions thanks to Royal Mail, so never getting medicines delivered again.

Totally recommend Pharmacy 2u, what a great service! But they send order reminders and delivery notifications by email, and all the links in them take you to their website. They also have their own app. I've just deleted this Royal Mail app as it seemed to be totally pointless.
