Totally useless app, does not sync data with local pharmacy and does not relay messages to local pharmacy. Cannot refill Rx online, it says go to pharmacy - so what is it for??

This is the service my pharmacy uses. I think I've used it a handful of times. Every time I use it its worse and worse. The latest try is 4–5 days late. Never again. Now matter how sick I get I'm going to have to do the old fashion pick up.
