NimbleRx is so convenient, useful for so many things. Easy to use, especially if you're someone that has multiple medications. It helps you keep yourself on track. I give it a 10 star I love it! Fairly useless, does not sync data with local pharmacy and does not relay messages to local pharmacy. Cannot refill Rx online.

It worked for a few months, then suddenly I was unable to pay for scripts through the app. Then it quit letting me request refills. I asked the pharmacist and was told they can't do much since it's a 3rd party app. I tried requesting help through the app & a bot reply was that my pharmacy doesn't support refills... which isn't true. Very disappointed.

App so far is trash! Nothing up to date, I get text stating my scripts are ready, to go to the app and check out. I requested 3 times to deliver which the pharmacy does. Every time I go to the app it still says to check out and keeps trying to get me to select pickup. Also the message pharmacy on the app doesn't work or the pharmacy just ignores it.

Insane service fees on top of prescription costs. Why should patients foot the service fee to "help maintain the platform". They don't display prescription numbers in the app, making it much more difficult to transfer to another pharmacy. Moving back to previous pharmacy that uses their own software
