50/50 (or less...) if I will actually be able to log in to the app. Update: more like 10% chance you'll be able to log in. Update: haven't been able to log in to this app in 45+ days now. Super.

The app no longer shows prescriptions that have zero refills remaining, so I am unable to request more refills from within the app. It also removes those medications and their ℞ numbers from the med list. Now if I use the app I have to cross-reference my actual medication list against the incomplete list on the app, so I don't miss reordering vital medications. It makes it more of a headache than it's worth, even when it actually works.

This app is essentially useless. Installs/operates fine on my Android, but the app itself is full of bugs. Will not retain saved settings, does not allow me to "Add" the pharmacy where I actually refill my Rx (even though the pharmacy is selected from the list), and even moved Rx from one family member's name to another. Dangerous! Because my local independent pharmacy uses this error-filled App, I actually transferred our 9 prescriptions to a big-box store. Very sad.
