Something's I get confused 🤔 with, like I can't make my daughter account and add it with mine as a family account. Everytime I enter the information needed for her account to be merged with mine as a family account. It says the information is incorrect, which it isn't because it's ALWAYS a brand-new prescriptions' info that I give. But it's super easy to reach my family pharmacist our pharmacy is amazing wouldn't trade them for the world! So even if this app acts up I can come by or just call

Unreliable. Submitted 5 prescriptions for refill but only 3 made it to the pharmacy queue. Randomly deactivates prescriptions and sometimes won't let you reactivate them. Won't allow submitting some prescriptions that need Dr approval requiring a call to the pharmacy. Won't allow you to change your primary pharmacy in your account settings.

Locked me out said my account belongs to a minor. I use this app to order my son's seizure meds primarily but also started ordering my husband's meds through it as well. I went to order refills for my son's meds and it won't let me access anything saying that I am a minor. I tried to call customer service, and they just tell you someone from another company will call you back.

Unable to login still, been a few months since it last worked like it should. The "bug" hasn't been fixed like it claims. I've uninstalled it just to reinstall, and it's still not accessible. Do better with the "fixes"

Worked fine last year but for the last 6 months, it won't let me log in! I can't access anything! I've done everything, but it just keeps showing that there is an error! Useless! It's September and it's still useless!! I'm done trying... update... the app developer and the pharmacy are both unable to help! This is pitiful!
