This has been incredible for keeping appointments and even better for communicating with my healthcare people. I can't say enough about it!

I have a Doctor taking very good care of blood pressure. And her name is Dr. C D' Andrea. She's at Mercy Clinic in Ardmore. OK.
★★★★★Daryl Pauley· Aug 14, 2026
Mymercy is the best app available. Mymercy allows me to know all about my care with the Mercy system. I suggest every patient use this most helpful app. It is essential to my healthcare.
★★★★☆Connie Hall· Jul 6, 2026
The only problem I've had is that I can only message refill requests, not to ask for a new one. I was supposed to have a prescription called by my doctor's office before the weekend, but due to July 4th long weekend, it hasn't been done. Hopefully today it will happen. Our doctor and Mercy Clinic have been amazing otherwise.

Update 20260728: app still sucks, main in terms of authentication. I still cannot get biometrics or PIN to work. Tried from multiple devices. Does the DevOps actually see these messages? Update 20251010: First of all make up your mind what app we should use. Secondly, fix the login issues. Not able to use Biometrics on droid. When trying the form login, I have to act like I am logging in twice. It is totally clunky and near worthless.

Unable to use the app. Once logged in I try to open different menus like Test Results or Messages and most attempts result in a Failed To Connect To Server error. On the rare occasion Messages opens, it fails soon after. Couldn't check in for an upcoming appointment either as it was Unable to Connect. I was able to open a message that said there is a new My Mercy+ app but cannot find it in the Play store and the included link in the message gives me, you guessed it, Failed to Connect to Server.

-Parents are no longer allowed to send a message to their kids doctor, or anyone on their childs care team? Excuse me, what?!? -Parents can't send a refill request either for a medication? (in the app) *I needed to send a message so that a script for anti-nausea meds could be sent, just to find out that I can't send any messages to my sons doctor? (even when logged into his account)

I always come back, all doe-eyed, because I love Mercy. Then I remember how hard this thing is to use. They don't even reply to reviews. How very un-Mercy like.
