Drs. Visit my Dr. Mena is thorough and very kind. She helps me get the tests and things I need done also their nurses and front office are spot on and treat you like they care and that you matter.

The day shift nurses are horrible to patience. All they are worried about is what they're going to do on their days off and don't care about the patients. You can hear all of them out in the hallway just giggling and laughing and carrying on. If you turn your call light on you can guarantee it's going to be 10 minutes before they come and help you and with an attitude. The nighttime nurses are wonderful they will help you in any way they can.

Not satisfied with this application. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I was prescribed medication that has bad drug interactions with another medication. It could have killed me. They called me to apologize. The Doctor did not check it before it was prescribed. The automatic refill request made by their system on a medication they forgot to take off my medication list. Then they tried to blame me? This system sucks...

The My Mercy app only works when connected to My Mercy Wi-Fi. Otherwise, nothing loads in the app, even after reinstalling the app.

Whoever manages this app, still has never fixed the fingerprint issue. This is ridiculous. I use my chart with my other providers in town and the fingerprint works fine. Someone just doesn't want to do their job.
