I am a pt. of UCD Med. Ctr and an RN by profession. This feature has made my admission stay easier to understand what is going on since I can read lab, diagnostic results, doctors and nursea notes, communicate to my nurses and people involved in my care from admission to post discharge. I love having all my medical history a medication at the tips of my fingers. It would be so nice if every Dr used My Chart! I get my lab results super quick to, and I'm even able to print and or share my information to Drs. My chart tech staff are super amazing at helping too! Making video chatting with my Drs easier, a saving me a trip! I love the myUCDavisHealth app!

I'm 81 years old, and I'm nowhere close to finding this app is being user-friendly. I spend too much time trying to find stuff with no luck at all I find myself going around in circles and that's not good at all, so I'm not going to be using this app is there anything more than just perhaps messages from my doctor - that is, if I can find a message from my doctor

The app sucks I can't remember my information I'm trying to send my email and my phone number to verify my information, and they're not emailing me, and they're not texting me I can't get into my account and this is why I installed the app in the first place because it sucks for this reason. DO BETTER!

This app has changed significantly. Any sort of communication via this app is pretty much billed as an office visit now and the list of reasons for message is used as a backup for charging an office visit to insurance. Sneaky and questionable for being ethical. Hmm. Diagnosis by various doctors never tells you what part of your body the diagnosis is specifically for. Guess you have to guess? Or maybe call the doctor office to get clarification, and they will then bill ins for office visit!
