Doesn't work at all for me, even after last 2 updates, still the same issues. Will not log in no matter what. I'm using the correct username and password that works just perfectly fine to log me in on the system using they're my chart website. But try the app here and nope "we cannot log you in right now, please try again later" for the last 6 months solid since I became their patient. No one knows or can explain why it's happening. Cannot use the app, just their website to communicate. It sucks

I have not been able to get into the app for a week. This has made it very difficult to manage both of mine and husbands health.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
