Worst patient set up I have ever experienced. Very difficult. I know most of the information went threw because at my office visit. All the question I answered to sign in. The office went over them again. Told the lady at the desk. Very nice lady. That I still haven't received a patient ID or Patient number to access my account. I asked where do I get that. She didn't know what that was. And without it, I can sign into this account. ?
