Cannot establish an account. Insists on signing me in. No chance to enter a username, or password. And no way apparently to fix either one if I already registered and forgot.

Spelling errors in interface text, the aps runs slow, form designed in such a way that you cannot do multi-sellect even though questions are designed as such. I can't seem to log out either. This seems to be an immature product that needs further testing. Unfortunately my doctor's office is requiring patients to use it, so I'm stuck. Only redeeming factor is ID upload seems to work smoothly.
