It would be nice if my messages had the 'read' feature (like text messages). I can never tell if my doctor is too busy to see my message or if they're just ignoring it. I don't enjoy making phone calls for almost everything. I also wish you could edit or delete a message. Please add these features to both the app and the patient portal website.

I really like the way everything is set up, very easy to do what is needed. I can contact my Dr when I have questions, make appt, ck on my test results and see what they are. I give it a 5 star.

App doesn't work anymore. Only allows login until asked to confirm patient, press continue, and it returns to the login screen. I've been trying to log in for about a month without success. I've tried to uninstall and installing again. I noticed the new version about the middle of July to correct some bugs. It still doesn't work. I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THIS APP AT ALL!! It's now impossible to communicate with my doctor, check appointments and test results...junk.

Got a notification saying I need to update to use. Its only giving me the option to uninstall or open. The sad thing is all of my Dr's. Use this app to stay in touch with their patients. It's a giant pain to use. There's always something going wrong with this "thing" that's supposed to make life easier. Update: Also as it turns out, I've got the "Auto Update" enabled. So now I'm going to have to uninstall this nonsense for more fun.

Total Frustration. It doesn't recognize my password, so I'm constantly having to change it. When it doesn't recognize it, the App freezes, and I have to wait 24hrs or reinstall it. There are also times when I have to go to the actual internet to sign in.

Appointment times are inconsistent between the app and website. When you click to confirm the appointment, the times change. Information on the website is not the same as in the app, causing confusion.

I'm desperately waiting for two weeks on results for a life-threatening condition. First, whoever is reading the scans should have priorities for what's consider life-threatening!! Second, are you short-handed??? This app needs an upgrade or something!!! Nothing opens up and what's there is old information. Not much help to the user!!!!
