Fix your app. I tried to make an appointment with my doctor but the doctor was not able to see me. It was not his fault. The app did not recognize that the doctor was not available and yet it still let me make a booking and when I get there I get turned back. I receive no notification from the app or the clinics' system at all. This has happened twice in a row now

Not good that they confirmed appointments, and then they cancelled the appointments. People's they have work and booked RDO they go for their appointments and have been told your appointment has been cancelled, not happy with the services of the clinic, and the app they should consider taking it off is not working properly
