Hopeless, charged me $45 for 3 minutes consult, I have a sinus infection am in pain and sick.his words, just rest and fluids...I'm 63 I know when I sick, I'm asking for antibiotics, that is it, put in a complaint, wanting at least a partial refund and a script. Have heard nothing. He gave me a cert for work, which I didn't want but not a script which I need. I live in a country town, have used this service before, and it was good. BUT $45 in this economic climate is rough, especially for 3 min

Evidently you cannot remove expired credit cards on the account. Mine is at capacity & cannot update or remove cards that are no longer relevant.

Good idea for an app but it doesn't allow you to add a hyphen to your name. My legal name is hyphenated, and I had to call support to change it so that I could even make an appointment. I could have made one without updating my name, but then it wouldn't match my Medicare and I would have been charged a private fee. This is definitely something that should be addressed.

App froze during very first consult, restarted and both the doctor and my $45 was gone with zero outcome.
