The service is getting worse. The helpline number is always unavailable. I took appointment of dr at 8.30 pm. I have paid. But the appointment is not even showing. I am. Trying to call. The authority, but the helpline number is unavailable. This is ridiculous.

I did not receive the service. I paid in advance through bKash, but the doctor did not join at the scheduled time. My appointment was rescheduled nine times. Each time, I waited for over an hour, but there was no response. This behavior is very unprofessional. They took my WhatsApp number to contact me, but this feels like a scam. I also did not receive my money back.
