Someone refers me to marham app that their service is very nice for online appointment. I booked appointment with them but I have to cancel it due to some reason. it's been a week since I have been asking for refund, but they say eik do din mien hojai ga and now it's above a week still waiting now they say on monday they will process. let's hope they refund.

I booked a doctor's appointment and made an advance payment. However, the doctor did not show up, and the appointment was delayed a couple of times. I then tried calling their helpline, but they did not respond.
