★★☆☆☆ Not even worth 1 star. Booked an instant appointment with a doctor assuming that the doctor will be instantly available. First, they scheduled my appointment after 35 minutes which I was still ok with but later on I realized that they have scheduled my appointment after 1h 35 m and communicated wrong timings to me on WhatsApp. When I reached out to them for cancellation I was only replied with a sorry and that they cannot cancel the appointment. Pathetic service.

★★☆☆☆ The app is good, but this app should not allow such doctors who could show himself for one's appointment. The doctors' response is highly pathetic 😭😭😔😔
