The worest app ever, contact support doesn't do anything, just moving you to what's up then no ome reply there, also medical insurance stay inactive with no reason.

-very poor application most of the clinics not connected with Velveeta you go over there, and suddenly they tell you Velveeta reservations don't connect directly with us other times the clinic calls you telling we're fully booked, and we only received the patient of Velveeta the same day even if you book a week earlier -unhelpful customer service -never going to use it again

Terrible app and not worth the money. Even the highly rated doctors were disappointing, and the customer support is practically nonexistent. The Shamel service is especially frustrating you can get into it, but good luck trying to cancel it. Endless delays and no real support. Very disappointing and absolutely not worth it.
