The worest app ever, contact support doesn't do anything, just moving you to what's up then no ome reply there, also medical insurance stay inactive with no reason.

The medical service is very good, but I have two problems. First, most skincare products are unavailable or in limited quantities. Second, after completing a two-month running challenge to buy some products with Velveeta points, I was surprised to find that only 8% of the points were available for purchase, which is a very low percentage. Since then, I haven't used this app because I'm so frustrated. I hope points percentage increases, so I can use my points and enjoy dealing with you.
