Fake reservations are a real annoyance, especially that some of those cases when reached on phone they would confirm coming and then never show, my understanding is that a patient is able to book multiple appointments with different doctors and clinics on the same time or day, a fair solution would be a reservation / access fee charged on patients and can be deducted later from overall monthly invoice.

Overall the app is fine. But every now and then the app takes ages to start. It keeps showing the "loading" icon forever. It actually won't start until I close it and open it again. I hope there is something that could be done about this issue.

Very poor Application, poor customer service, tricky charging for doctors, Does not allow doctors to handle those patients who book and do not show up, Give the upper hand for patients over doctors. Very poor experience

Full of bugs and errors and very disappointing I created a new profile (2024 not 2022 like they replied here) and the so-called help center is simply someone who called me and offered to assist me through phone and WhatsApp, unfortunately it was a very bad experience, very unprofessional attitude
