Terrible experience. I paid for a doctor consultation, but every time the doctor called, the call disconnected within 2–3 seconds. This happened 03 times, then the doctor went offline. I contacted customer service, and they said the doctor would call again in 30 minutes, but he didn't. They later said they would refund the money, but that’s not the point. People use this service in emergencies. Paying and receiving no service is ridiculous. I don't recommend this app. Better go for alternatives.

Worst. Doctors are all abroad, waited 40 minits then the customer care calls and says they are abroad, and busy people. What is this. Booked in the morning, waited 50 minits, the doc didn't show up. Maria shiraz was her name. Pathetic.
