Worst. Doctors are all abroad, waited 40 minits then the customer care calls and says they are abroad, and busy people. What is this. Booked in the morning, waited 50 minits, the doc didn't show up. Maria shiraz was her name. Pathetic.

Recently the service has been lacking the main proposition. Even while doctors are busy or seeing patients which it is showing online, which is causing significant lag and a very long wait time (upto about an hour). This needs a resolution where the doctor will go offline if he has been idle for a certain period of time, or the visit slot will not be available while he is seeing patients. This will decrease the patients inconvenience.

Horrible! Many doctors are not even in online but showing them as online. Waiting time is as like as you wait for a doctor in Medical center physically. They don't care about the customer. Everyone Uses other app please not this one!!
