Super easy to use. What a bang for your buck. I get 2 of these for $29 a piece, and they work just as well as my Ring cameras work. The price point on the subscription is a great deal at $49 a year for the Basic, but you still get all the features that really matter. Being able to look back 7 days is perfect for me because if something went wrong, and it took more than 7 days for me to notice, than it most of not been much of a big deal. Thanks a lot, La Bella

Never had any issues until recently, the camera records motion which is perfect, but it will not let me 'download' the video or share it-i pay monthly for this. Trying to contact the company for support is nearly impossible.

New update breaks SD video playback. These cameras were rock solid for a few years, and now they can't play back SD card recorded video with the latest update, which pushes their subscription options aggressively now. I will NOT pay for a subscription because someone downgrades a device I own, I will gladly throw them all away and replace them first. Thanks for ruining an otherwise good product and destroying trust for a greedy money grab, will not purchase from this manufacturer again.

Camera only recorded events to the SD card for first 14 days, then it stopped. I have checked the SD card, and it's working just fine (it's also 64 GB so there's plenty space left). I bought 2 identical cameras, and it's the same story for the 2nd camera as well. Both of them are using the latest version 6.1.3.20260311. I don't know what else to try, so I'm trying my luck with this review.
