After using for four months with my Toot four-head heat pump, I find the app to be very useful from any location with a couple of caveats. No problem accessing full control, but it has to be in manual heat or A/C for all units or the heads will display an error code. That means auto heat/ A/C is not an option. Power interruption usually disconnects the app until I turn the power off at the breaker and turn it back on Same goes for using the remotes for the units. Easy to set up routines.

App needs the scheduling function improved. It has gotten better over the years, but it doesn't work well with the Gree Thermostat and Gree Flex system. The thermostat just jumps into the wrong program at the wrong time throughout the day. We'll wake up so, so hot and see it switched to leave, or we will start freezing and see it switched to sleep schedule.

The latest update is not working properly. Keeps dropping off the Wi-Fi. Not consistent on Wi-Fi

Too often timing out and logging out, the previous version was perfect, stable and always perfectly connected, somebody ruined it, go back and provide us the previous version until you solve problems in the latest version, spare us from getting on our nerves. To whoever is in charge of this app, pack up your suitcase and leave for the next 100 years. Leave the app to someone who is more capable than you to sort it out. Since I can not put zero stars officially, I'm putting it here 0 (zero)⭐ stars!

Doesn't work properly. When you start the air conditioner on cool or hot it doesn't start properly, and you need to do it by the remote. It happened after an update. Also, constantly getting error messages for no network connection when you use the app. Very dissatisfied, won't recommend to anyone!

App Bugged alexa does not link, UI is poorly done compared to competitor smart home apps, it occasionally crashes/needs a cache clearance which is annoying But the Most absurd Part is """"Alexa SA region linkage process does not work and I have 10+ Gree ACs"""
