I'm really positive after use this use. But it this app displayed energy management or consumption ratings for all Gree AC models, many users/consumers like myself would benefit. Therefore, I would like to draw the attention of the Gree company authorities to this matter and request them to work on it. Thank You.

After using for four months with my Toot four-head heat pump, I find the app to be very useful from any location with a couple of caveats. No problem accessing full control, but it has to be in manual heat or A/C for all units or the heads will display an error code. That means auto heat/ A/C is not an option. Power interruption usually disconnects the app until I turn the power off at the breaker and turn it back on Same goes for using the remotes for the units. Easy to set up routines.

This app is total trash. Every now and then it signs yout out, and you must enter password again and sometimes like now it signs you out as soon as you enter password again. I would never buy gree ac again because of the app.

App needs the scheduling function improved. It has gotten better over the years, but it doesn't work well with the Gree Thermostat and Gree Flex system. The thermostat just jumps into the wrong program at the wrong time throughout the day. We'll wake up so, so hot and see it switched to leave, or we will start freezing and see it switched to sleep schedule.

App Bugged alexa does not link, UI is poorly done compared to competitor smart home apps, it occasionally crashes/needs a cache clearance which is annoying But the Most absurd Part is """"Alexa SA region linkage process does not work and I have 10+ Gree ACs"""

Frequent logouts, sometimes app just desides it's won't connect to the AC, and I have to reset it and reconnect it. It's a problem when It happens in middle of the night in children's room. Also, you can't even trust it, shut-off timers don't work half of the times, so sometimes we freeze in the middle of the night sometimes we stew. And It's been like this forever.
