Necessary software to configure Wi-Fi module of Aermec SLG-device to home PlayNetwork. Could be easier to use but once you got through the menus about an hour you got it. Within the last years App got very useful, especially for setting up timer configuration, very easy mutch more features than using remote control of the device.

Everything is great except when there's a conflict between the remote control settings and the app. I sometimes forget that I've used one over the other, and it basically cancels out the others settings.

I have loged in and re-entered all the information and settings so many times every week. So many times the app asked me to clear cache and nothing even happens that I need to re-enter all the information and settings again like it's my first time using. How many times should I do this?? Can u pls fix ur app It's really inconvenient

The app crashes instantly after opening. I've tried deleting the cache and the storage of Ewpe, tried updating Android Websys Viewer, and reinstalling Ewpe after a restart. No effect whatsoever.

It's pretty bad. It's slow almost all the time, takes a while to update when it has changed. The zones don't sync with what they are named on the wall controller, and you are forced to use the pre-determined names for zones. If you want a zone called something specific, no dice. You can call it a "hovel" though.... recently despite updating it's constantly saying there is a new update, linking to store page, where there is no update Bloody frustrating app. But "technically works"

Considering this is the official app of one of the biggest OEM AC manufacturers in the world, I'm disappointed. The UI is clunky, often slow to respond and the biggest issue I see is battery usage in background. Some days the app took 9 percent of my battery, even when I didn't use it. So disable the app from background running and data usage... Also, the app blocks the Wi-Fi module to cloud access through manufacturer cloud only, so it ignores local control from smart home (HA). Stupid, really.
