Doing the basic job for managing two ACs very well

App is pretty solid when using it with the Brae mar split units I have. I only have issues if my internet goes down for more than a few hours. Google integration works 90% of the time. App functionality has improved over the past few years.

Very bad, devices keep going offline after some time. I have 5 air conditioning units. After some time they each get disconnected (not at the same time). Then I have to manually reset the Wi-Fi system with the remote control and add the devices back in the app and one device can't even connect anymore. The problem might be in all 5 devices by change or just the combination with this app.

The app crashes instantly after opening. I've tried deleting the cache and the storage of Ewpe, tried updating Android Websys Viewer, and reinstalling Ewpe after a restart. No effect whatsoever.

At the moment I can only give it one star because I can't get it to connect. The instructions on connecting devices are a bit vague, and it is not at all clear what the steps are or exactly what it is attempting to do at any given point? Does the app communicate to the unit via Bluetooth? Or is it supposed to use Wi-Fi? I found and added the device via Bluetooth, but it does not seem to make a difference?

The app is bad. It's lagging a lot, I keep showing me that the device gets disconnected while the device is right above the router, every other smart device I have in my household (not toyotomi) has no issue and their apps never lag like this one. It also disconnects me sometimes for no reason, I press the on button and it doenst turn on, and I have to refresh the app multiple times. I was expecting more from toyotomi.
