Necessary software to configure Wi-Fi module of Aermec SLG-device to home PlayNetwork. Could be easier to use but once you got through the menus about an hour you got it. Within the last years App got very useful, especially for setting up timer configuration, very easy mutch more features than using remote control of the device.

The app has been great. It allows me to control the mini splits from anywhere. I can increase the heat or cooling hours before I get home making it comfortable when I walk through the door.

Everything is great except when there's a conflict between the remote control settings and the app. I sometimes forget that I've used one over the other, and it basically cancels out the others settings.

Considering this is the official app of one of the biggest OEM AC manufacturers in the world, I'm disappointed. The UI is clunky, often slow to respond and the biggest issue I see is battery usage in background. Some days the app took 9 percent of my battery, even when I didn't use it. So disable the app from background running and data usage... Also, the app blocks the Wi-Fi module to cloud access through manufacturer cloud only, so it ignores local control from smart home (HA). Stupid, really.

I have loged in and re-entered all the information and settings so many times every week. So many times the app asked me to clear cache and nothing even happens that I need to re-enter all the information and settings again like it's my first time using. How many times should I do this?? Can u pls fix ur app It's really inconvenient

The app crashes instantly after opening. I've tried deleting the cache and the storage of Ewpe, tried updating Android Websys Viewer, and reinstalling Ewpe after a restart. No effect whatsoever.
