ClubFeast: Simple & Affordable

★★★★★ I wanted to love it, but as reviewers stated below, the app has issues. I too, noticed a price increase on meals from the initial $6.99/meal price, after an initial order. So that clearly must be something that is part of their business model. I will say that customer service has improved from the reviews below, but the app is still buggy and has issues that it shouldn't have, especially in this day and age. Everything I ordered from the restaurants was good and delivered on time, however.

★★☆☆☆ The service was so-so. My delivery today came completely inedible because one of the sauce cups tipped over in transit. Not only was the food completely ruined, but my apartment was a complete mess because it dripped through from the bottom of the bag. What led me to decide to ultimately cancel, however, is how careless the company is in categorizing and representing ethnic food, the worse probably being how they grouped Hawaiian and Caribbean food as a single category. There are a couple of other examples such as "Mexican/Spanish" and "Burmese/Thai". This may seem knit-picky, but its subtle things like this that perpetuate stereotypes or misnomers that people of color have to contend with on a daily basis. I wrote Club Feast to remedy the problem, so their drop-down categories aren't so offensive, but never got a response. I felt like I gave the company ample opportunity to respond even though something as atrocious as this should not even be okay to be released into production in 2021. UPDATE July 6th, 2021 Wrote Club Feast to indicate my desire to cancel my subscription due to clear lack of commitment to Diversity and Inclusion based on their app design: Hello, After not receiving a response to my concerns regarding the offensive food categories created for ethnic foods, I have decided to cancel my account effective after Wednesday's delivery. I like to give business to companies that show strong commitment to Diversity and Inclusion and the app design is evidence to the contrary. Thank you, Me era Their response: Thank you for letting us know! You are all set and will receive no further billing from us. Have a great day! --- The sheer ignorance is just wow.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible app with so many bugs. Customer service is terrible, doesn't know where's the driver, doesn't know where's the food. My order got canceled after 3 hours of delay AND there's no refund!!! Is this a fraud app?

★★☆☆☆ So it seemed like a good idea I use them once and then the next thing I know when I go to try to order again they raised their prices by a dollar, yet they haven't changed the listed price they started out at $6.99, and they're all advertised at $6.99 but when you add them to your cart they go up by Dollar to $7.99, so it's a bait-and-switch. When I contacted their customer support which is only available by text so nothing more than sorry but update your app there is no update to this app
