Excellent mobile app overall with clear presentation and layout of critical trade information. Recent upgrades to MFA requirements is a welcome improvement. One remaining issue is UI touch sensitivity while scrolling. The search results loading in as you scroll interrupts the touch input and is misinterpreted as tap commands - this leads to frequent misc licks, forcing user to reset search results. Secondly, the login token expiry is too abrupt and interrupts trades. Only expire on device sleep.

I kept up my account with CMC Invest after BOQ Trading. They're really good, and I only recently got on the App. Their documents and filing is advanced. There's opportunities in Crypto now, and I've had a lash at that. I have an advisory account with another firm. I researched and consulted before establishing a share trade portfolio with CMC. I was similar at uni, becoming familiar with Library Information Service brought me back, a second time.

Pls stop MFA for mobile app, it only slows you log in and the MFA authenticator is also installed on the phone which is useless if your phone is lost and someone can get on your phone.

The app does what it does okay, but there are key functions not available, meaning that you have to use their website. E.g. making a cash withdrawal for crying out loud. Also, when you inevitably have to call their support line, you are confronted with a ridiculously long wait. Do NOT elect to be called back. After waiting over 3 hours for my call-back, I managed to call and get through in about half an hour, and I was told that their queue was about 6 hours long. 6 hours? Not enough staff.

Put 2fa on my account without asking, no option for email 2fa, can't change or verify anything because I can't remember the trades I made. Rude and condescending on the phone. won't trade with these guys. I want my money back
