After login for the first time, App keeps showing I'm a guest, can't log in. I've tried to uninstall & reinstall twice. Same problem keeps recurring

UOB PA is coming out with a new ETF. Advert includes POEMS. I've no problem finding it in Moo moo, FSM but it's so well hidden in your app I can't locate. Guess I will be subscribing with other platform. Go test out your workflow. You need to understand how unfriendly this is. Oh found it under online form. But all other search when I log in as an account holder yields nothing. Only when I'm not logged in, it shows on a banner. Anyway, will reward better designed platform by using them.

Been a user for years... improvements are slow closing the account meant paying money for fees. Closing the account was difficult and cannot be done without calling them after calling them it was apparently simple as an email. Keeping the account open meant accusing fees. Wouldn't let me close the account without paying these fees. They were unwilling to waive. Moved to another brokerage. Other feedback - excessive emails - unclear ui overall clunky and not modernized
