I've recently started using Capital, and honestly I've been happy so far. The app is easy to use, trades execute quickly, and everything feels pretty straightforward. I did have one issue where the app glitched and my market orders weren't going through, but I was connected to a real support agent quickly instead of being stuck with AI, which I really appreciated. I haven't made a withdrawal yet, so I can't comment on that, but based on my experience so far I'd definitely recommend Capital.

I enjoyed it, but it has too much difficult trade system I has to be more easy so another hand it's very good 😊 I think I have to be the option of crypto deposit and also withdrawal in crypto because most of the people's use crypto deposit in brokers and the second thing I have seen that it's too complicated design of home and othor interphases and everything has to be clear and simple before it was good but now for the new users it's complicated am old user, so I like the old version of this app

Good app, but charts freeze at times, and it would be good if the charts were a bit easier to navigate on mobile. Also, on mobile I can't see if it's possible to add drawings to charts. Update; Still using the app, and it has definitely improved. Would be 5 stars except there have been issues with being able to manage live positions and there has never been communication to warn or highlight this. Customer service is very responsive and knowledgeable though.

I smell cow dung! Don't even bother!! Charges up to £10 a day just to hold position. Despite reduced position their overnight funding adjustment fees are straight-up loan shark territory. Filed a complaint about their fees — the FCA ruled in their favor. No surprise there, given the FCA has since been declared incompetent. My faith in financial institutions is completely gone. They're burying management fees inside what they call "dividends" — dressed up with excuses about volume. Zero 🌟

Due to a "glitch" which was acknowledged by the platform, I lost 50% of my balance, and it still has not been recovered. If you value your money avoid this unreliable platform.

Initially I gave them a 5-star rating, but after depositing quite a lot of money, when I wanted to withdraw that money, the same that I just deposited, they asked for bank statements, which I happily provided, and they just said "document not valid". And since a month, my money is held hostage on their platform.
