After the last update, whenever opening the app it is asking for login every time and also the live tracking showing in app is not working accurately but the link providing in the WhatsApp working perfectly

All the CMR buses are maintained in a well manner. The approach of staff is good. CMR express is my regular travel option. My recent experience with them. I booked 3 tickets and was supposed to cancel one ticket. My partial cancellation amt was initiated, but refund was not done. Post 2 days of initiation I approached them, they have refunded directly to me and asked me to return when the usual automatic refund happens as per the process. I got the refund amt the next day and returned back.

Even the bus maintained properly the timings that they wait for the other passengers is not good, bus should be at the said place at the said time and should leave on time - waiting for someone who is late making delay for all other passengers is not good to anyone.

This is the worst app I have experienced, they didn't inform me the bus has cancelled. On journey time when I opened to see the details of bus my booked ticket is not shown and I called to the customer support number, and he said the bus was cancelled. They are not accountable. Please be aware guys.

Worst experience in this bus have very small luggage garage (Dikki) they don't have space much, and also he is demanding extra money. Staff is rude behavior, they don't even call if bus has reached Whatever 😏 without luggage this bus comfortable only
