Seems to work good so far. No complaints. Except that now I have to deal with my benefits claims all on my own now. Our HR person used to handle everything, no fuss. But everything going digital where I have to have an app for everything makes life much more stressful and time-consuming. Wish we could go back to the old days, things worked so much better then.

Very nice!! Gives me all the information I need. One note is last pass integration was not picked up on the login form. Would be a nicety for some folks like me who heavily rely on last pass or other pw managers. Also noticed some load time issues with the add provider form fields. When moving quickly the list fields did not load on the first attempt.

If you have a young family, change insurance providers now. There is a reason why they don't associate the cooperators name with the app. It's bad. No screenshots. No printing. You'll wait 2 weeks just to get rejected for a typo that the app purposely makes difficult to navigate. Avoid cooperators if you have the choice.

Every time I log in I enter my username and password. Then it asks me if I want to use biometrics. Every time it is this way. Please fix so I don't have to enter my password and can just use my biometrics to sign in. Of just make it, so I can be left signed in. The scrolling date system to enter service date for prescription drugs - just remove the scrolling date. Keep it simple. Just leave it as a manual enter.

New version seems like a downgrade. The back button is broken in app, so I have to restart it constantly to look at anything, and it makes you log in every time. Gotta live that big companies cannot even get the basics right...

It's so annoying that you can only add photos from the camera or gallery. I often get emailed a PDF statement, but there's no way to attach PDFs to claims in the app.
