I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews and reports of the application as not working. On my phone the app is fully functional and appears to be well-designed. It is possible that there are compatibility issues with the android version on the phones. I recommend the app.

Every time I try to log in it asks me to change my password. I changed my password five times, and it said it was successful. It still won't let me log in. I guess if there's a problem with my Insurance they can send me a letter.

Your app sucks 😕 used to work now it doesn't after you reset password says error call support, I call support tells me to go in person I go in person they say call support. I want my pink slip, or I'm canceling !!!!

App won't let me sign in, tried to uninstall/install didn't work, July 17th. Tried changing password, just keeps spinning and spinning. Won't do anything
