Charges exorbitant fees for a plan that will not improve your performance and just might lead to injury due to overtraining and contraindicated exercises. Even with some time left in your subscription, canceling will lock you out of your account. Invest your time and money elsewhere.

I paid for a plan that I didn't have visibility of beforehand and subsequently found that it was not doable in terms of time (not sure who has time to run for 2+ hours before/after work during the week). Had I known what the plan entailed, I would never have wasted my money. Reached out to support, and they said they'd look into it and get back to me. I'm still waiting for the reply. I reached out again and haven't heard from them again.

The app is generally useful, however you cannot pause it for whatever reason. When the program ends, so does your access. I was planning to restart my program just to find out that my account has been suspended.
