Terrible app and terrible customer service. You have to buy the Preplan to fully evaluate the app's content; HOWEVER, the Preplan ISN'T part of the 7-day free review period (BAIT AND SWITCH). Save yourself the time. There is NOTHING in the "activity library" that you haven't already seen as a coach. The entire app is boring and repetitive. I have maybe 30 total activities available for review. The customer service department fails to address your concerns. BIG FAT FAILURE!

This app could definitely be better. There is a way to add events 1 by 1 to your calendar but no way to sync a team's events, so if an event is changed it doesn't change on your phone calendar! The Event tab just shows the current week. You have clicked through week by week if you want to look ahead. We should be able to scroll to see future events on main screen with a Next Event highlighted. For messages there is no way to message 1 or more individuals. Only everyone or Coaches.

I'm sure the app does a lot of great things if you're Manchester City and internal staff manage all player travel logistics, but for American clubs where parents are responsible for tracking practice times and game locations, this app is a nightmare that lacks even the most basic functionality. The UX is not that intuitive, it's hard for parents to manage player-parent profile syncing, and the backend allows for easy mistakes such as duplicate player profiles. Not a fan!!!
