Not sure if I love the app or the fact that I can deposit checks so fast and easily. In any case, I do like the service, staff, and convenience of Coastal1. I fell more in love when they introduced online check cashing, for sure! Not fond of the clumsy login system. However, it is def smooth, fast, and easy to use otherwise!

Basically useless. The whole design of app is hard to follow it looks like it was the first app ever made. Any app I try to use coastal one as an option for funding or as a source of transferring money to another person, it never just sends, it always stays pending for days. When u message for help u don't get a response til the end of the following day if you're lucky. I only opened the account to be able to receive Belle transfers. Also takes days to transfer money from this app to another.

The SLOWEST bank transactions I ever experienced. They will also debit your account for bills THEN deposit your paycheck, so you get insufficient funds fees. To avoid this I changed my bill pay date to the day after my paycheck deposited but when your pay date falls on a weekend, they STILL debit your bills first then deposit your paycheck on Monday. So more insufficient fund fees. What a scam, so I closed my account and moved on. Worst credit union ever.👎

Always an issue-you would think after shutting down bank for a weekend the update would be flawless-instead direct deposit not in account-unable to transfer money. No notice that something is wrong- but they will charge if payments don't go through. A bank should do better when it's dealing with other peoples money. Gets tiring.
