Dear outback. I have a genius x4 and my app stopped reading information. I only see the total off steps, but other than that.not one données sur l'activity. I contacted my or tho accès protesist in avignon for explanation or help.onto this very day no change. What should I do.? My 1st genius x4 had a bluet hoot failure after only 3 months, wich I had to send back. It's not normal for such a high-tech knee.and super expensive also. This app just adds more reasons why the c legs are still the best thing that's happened to me while being an amputee my whole. I have full control of my legs and it's settings as well as knowing the battery life and my step count to. Almost at a million steps with almost a year to date having them. Thank you guys so much for this!! Life wouldn't be the same

I have optimized battery, restarted device (several times), gotten no new results. Cannot access anything. No modes (I need to change how the leg operates) no battery level. My device tells me the app is not responding, and retry only makes you wait longer. This used to be a very good app for me. Hope these issues can be resolved soon.

This app has always worked for my x3, but now I'm unable to connect. I uninstalled, redownloaded. I tried the settings and permissions fix that was suggested. When I open the app it's just a white screen. Just giving feedback. It would be cool it was fixed. UPDATE: I uninstalled and downloaded the newest version 2.8.0.71. The app continues to load as just a white screen.
