Favero are an absolutely brilliant company that make brilliant products as these pedals have never missed a beat. I did have to send the first setback as I had an issue but that got sorted quite quickly and since then they have been brilliant and the data the produce is so in depth. Would highly recommend.

Bike pedals are the strangest items I have connected to via an app, so I had some misgivings. Needn't have worried! The Assioma app connected without any drama and guided me through the whole process. Even gave me notice several months later of a firmware update to greatly improve battery life. Software as it should be, with the user in mind, not just the programmer!

If you purchased Favero power meter pedals, they would be useless unless activated with this app. The app demands to have location access and won't work without it (it lies that it cannot use Bluetooth otherwise). In order to activate your product, you also need to submit personal details, and there is no easy way around. I had to use my secondary phone with spoofed location, vpn, burner email, and fake name just to make my pedals work. This is disgraceful, and such practices need to be stopped

Terrible experience. The app doesn't detect the power meter and on top of that my left pedal power meter has been completely unresponsive since the last update
