I was very surprised by the quality of the cocoon security system, and this app is the perfect companion. Overall, it's fast, the picture quality is good, and it works as expected. Also, the setup is very fast and easy. Only one problem I've found is that when replaying saved footage it seems to miss frames and skip forward when motion is detected, this could be a problem with the app or the system, either way it's a big problem and should be fixed.

If there is a power outage where the DVR is you can't reconnect to live footage on the app. Suggestion = add access to Main menu on the DVR via the app particularly on the Settings Network & 'Test' function where the internet connection part is able be tested for connection, I know the internet is connected but if a power outage occurs the DVR doesn't automatically reconnect which defeats the purpose of having remote access via the app also playback is not working on the app 4me 2 review footage.

Works perfectly, the box includes everything you need (even mouse, hdmi cable and network cable!). The app was a bit hard to set up but once I did, it works great. Picture quality is crazy clear. And it was Cheap! It doesn't get 5 starts only because apps set up is hard but this kit rocks!

This app is awful. I can receive push notifications for motion detection but when attempting to check motion detection pictures/messages I receive an error message saying 'no data' or 'check network connection'. This is on an Android device. No type of troubleshooting has fixed the issue. Without being able to view motion detection the security cameras are virtually useless with a mobile phone. App management needs to address this.

Doesn't update properly and takes ages to load the camera's. Looking for another app that works with the cocoon camera setup

This is one of the worst apps I've ever had to deal with. It doesn't work on the record function and most of the time when you try to play back video it says only one viewer at a time. I'm the only one that can access the app, but it says its already playing back some place else. Makes the whole system useless because It's impossible to export video from the actual unit unless it has picked up an event. Cocoon needs to have a serious rethink on there development programmers.
