"Send Gift Cards instantly" - yet no options to buy and send Gift cards. "Find out more in our help center" - no help center… and no link from the advice to read the help center to the imaginary help center. This app is clearly unfinished.

Went to coffee 1 today with husband, and it said on app that if you buy drink you get free piece of birthday cake bought 2 drinks and told no birthday cake left there were no signs anywhere to say this I tried to press on terms and condition on app, and it would not let you so well done coffee 1 for conning the public

Difficult to follow, and long-winded just to find the qr code, poor instructions. Overall - it's a rubbish app.

Not a great app. Neither the loyalty card nor activity section have updated even though the support team are telling me it has.... I have removed and reinstalled several times now, and it still hasn't updated. Pointless.
