UPDATED: Contacted help about this, and they fixed the issue right away! Great customer service from them. So far the app has been easy to use and the rewards scan easily. OLD REVIEW: I'm completely unable to refer people, my friend is just being told "Something went wrong" when they click the referral link from me.

Very long-winded to get voucher and ridiculously long when trying to get your free coffee. No one wants to wait whilst you have to submit your telephone no. and wait for a 6 digit pin. Just want to order the coffee

What are the loyalty points for! I've been collecting points for more than a year, and I still have nothing to show for it. Is there any point in this? Furthermore, the app does not provide any information whatsoever.

Last time I rated this app Not Great, but actually it's not even that good. It repeatedly asks for its password, doesn't have an option to see the password you've typed, and doesn't tell you the password rules at the time of typing. It's also confused with the clone app for Café Nero. I haven't entered my debit card details in, so it shouldn't have any exacting password requirements at all

Think this has generally been the worst of the coffee shop apps that we get in the UK. Always trying to get you to do more than collect points/stamps. Awkward updates. Would help if each update was rewarded with a stamp towards a free coffee. Would help in general to discourage updates as well.

Atrocious. Invites you to complete a 'loyalty' card to receive a free drinks voucher, but this is impossible to access when it is completed, and any attempt to contact 'support' like it tells you to is met with a wall of silence. Would give no stars if I could.
