Returned to Hey You this week after a few years. And quickly regretted it. Used it 4-5 times and every time the app glitched, getting stuck on a “payment processing” screen with no clarity on whether the order actually went through. In a busy morning café, the last thing you want is awkwardly checking with staff if you’ve paid or not. Location functionality is also poor. Hey You still struggle. Especially a pain when a café has multiple location, and you end up in the wrong one (common in CBD)

Your reorder feature has been broken for months. When I click Reorder, items add to cart but won't let me place the order—it just reloads the cart screen. I have to manually re-add everything instead. I emailed your support team who claimed it was because the café changed their prices despite this issue appearing over two different cafés over several months. Still not fixed.

App just doesn't load on the latest Android version. Have uninstalled & reinstalled still no luck. Just hangs at Hey You orange screen & that's it!!
