The premium features are fantastic, especially the 24-hour weather loop, detailed weather maps, and accurate hour-by-hour forecasts. The amount of weather data available is incredible while still being easy to use. Whether you're a weather enthusiast or just want reliable forecasts, Windy is hands down the best weather app I've used. Highly recommended!

I think Windy is brilliant, you can pinpoint the area you want a forecast for, and get a 7-day forecast. Not only wind direction and speed hour by hour, but also wave frequency and heights. Plus lots of other useful info.

In using Windy for 10 years now the best app for most types of forecasts have radar and satellite map in addition to common layers. I also find air pollution map very useful.

This app isn't very accurate. Always under the actual wind conditions. Says 18kn today it's 27kn with 35kn gusts!

Maybe worth $4 a year, no way $24. Guessing they use a bot to respond to these reviews...in seconds. Kinda impersonal.

I was a subscriber for 2 years ending 2024. I did not renew, and I am happy I didn't. Windy App has offered me nothing but 100% unreliable weather forecast for Mauritius (Indian Ocean). Yesterday was probably the worst failed prediction. No heavy rain with lighting.

Good interface and weather visualization, but the temperature is not accurate for my area. It showed 34 °C while the actual temperature was around 39 °C. Such a large difference makes it difficult to trust the temperature forecast. Please improve local temperature accuracy.
