★★★★★ Great app for the shop great staff in my city always friendly and nice normally make great coffee, but I'll leave bad coffee behind

★★★★★ Every staff member in the entirety of my city, Nottingham, UK, has always been polite courteous, happy pleasant, fun, and brilliant at their jobs, giving fantastic service. On top of that I've been visiting almost every Caffè Nero store in the city for years, and they're all comfortable, clean, tidy, and laid our in a way that encourages relaxation. Definitely 5 stars.

★★☆☆☆ After reviewing about a year ago following a problem with Nectar points converted into vouchers for 20+ drinks not giving reward stamps, and a long time going to Costa instead, I thought I would give Nero another chance. Since then, I linked my Wait rose card with Nero, and I also have a Taste Card discount. Bought coffee but no stamps again. Contacted Neal Street Rewards who run app for Nero. Response "No stamps if paying with vouchers or with discount". Nero should be rated Zero. Back to Costa!

★★☆☆☆ I did once highly rate this rewards app, but after a few months of use I've found its functionality pretty suspect. I've raised the issues with the customer service team and have been met with stock responses. Shame as their customer service used to be top-notch, I can only presume they've decided to replace the humans with AI or the latest person to deal with my issues was pretty lazy.

★★☆☆☆ No longer giving stamps with coffee club, so I won't use the app again
